YOGA :-

          Yoga is an art of living, Rich makes our mind and body in good shape and healthy. If is a process of meditation.

          In our institute excellent training of yoga is given to registered members. Yoga classes are held daily in the morning at 6 A.M. to 7A.M. The training is organized by Vidya Bhanu Pratap Singh. It is helpful too obesity, indigestion, asthma, arthritis, diabetes and other ailments.
